PING HEALTH

Your marketing is working. Your website is losing the patient.

PING Health turns the traffic you already have into appointments — with faster pages, simpler booking, and tracking that tells you what’s working.

Landing page Enquiry Booked Tracked & optimised

The problem

Open your own website on your phone, on mobile data, the way a patient does. Count the seconds until it loads. Then try to book an appointment without pinching to zoom or scrolling twice.

That is the journey every enquiry you paid for has to survive. Most don’t. The patient was ready — they searched, they clicked, they wanted an appointment — and the site made them work for it. So they went back to Google and booked with the clinic that didn’t.

Traffic is what you buy. Bookings are what you keep.

The usual leaks:

  • A site that takes six seconds to load on 4G. Half the patients are gone before your doctor’s name appears.
  • The phone number sitting inside an image in the header — untappable on a phone, which is where nearly every patient arrives.
  • One “Contact Us” page for the entire site, with a form asking age, address and reason for visit before anyone has agreed to anything.
  • No WhatsApp option anywhere — in a country where patients would far rather message than call a clinic during working hours.
  • Ads pointing at the homepage, so a patient searching for one treatment lands on a page about everything.
  • No tracking on calls or WhatsApp, so last month’s best channel and worst channel look identical in the report.

What we do

Fixes, one goal — turn more of the patients already visiting your website into booked appointments.

A website built for appointments, not brochures

Mobile-first, fast, and structured the way a patient decides rather than the way an org chart looks. Every page has one obvious next step and the booking action is never more than a thumb away. Built on your own domain and hosting — code and content are yours from day one.

Treatment and doctor pages that do the persuading

A page per treatment that both ranks and reassures: what the procedure involves, what recovery actually looks like, what happens at the first visit. Doctor profiles with credentials, experience and a face — structured so search engines and anxious patients both understand them.

Page speed, measured on a real phone on mobile data

Not a lab score to frame — the real thing, on a mid-range Android on 4G in your city. Images compressed, scripts trimmed, the booking button rendering first instead of last. Every second removed is patients who were ready and stayed ready.

Booking paths on every screen — call, WhatsApp, form

Patients book the way they prefer, not the way the clinic prefers. A tappable number, WhatsApp as a first-class option, and a short form for the ones who would rather type at midnight. All three within reach on every page, on every device.

Finding the leaks in the booking journey

We instrument the funnel first, so drop-off is visible instead of argued about — then fix the two or three steps costing the most patients. Fewer form fields, clearer wording for someone in pain, no dead ends. Fix, measure, improve.

Tracking that names which rupee produced which patient

GA4 and Tag Manager configured properly, plus call, WhatsApp and form attribution — the channels patients actually use, not only the ones that track themselves. Set up with patient privacy respected: we measure the source, never the conversation.

How it all feeds one machine

These are not separate projects. The speed work makes the treatment pages worth ranking, the treatment pages give your ads somewhere honest to land, the booking paths catch every patient those pages convince, and the tracking tells you which of it paid for itself. One site, one journey, one number to steer by — and every path on it ends in the same place: your booking action.

Why we only do healthcare

Afzal Khan at work

Afzal Khan Founder, PING Health

PING Health is led by someone who has spent 13+ years working hands-on in healthcare digital marketing, from the inside — from individual specialist practices, clinics to super-speciality hospitals, across multiple medical specialties. Websites, landing pages, tracking, and the unglamorous work of finding out why a busy OPD still had a quiet appointment book. Not as an outside agency: in the building, watching the front desk take the calls the website should have handled. That is why tracking goes in before a rupee is spent, and why every booking path gets tested on the kind of phone your patients actually own.

  • 13+ years healthcare-only
  • Hospital & clinic experience
  • Tested on real patient devices
  • Every lead tracked
  • You own the site and the data

How it works

  1. 01

    Free growth audit

Your site timed on a real phone, the booking journey walked step by step, and every point where patients drop off. Screenshots and numbers included.

  2. 02

    Measurement setup

Tracking and attribution installed and validated before anything is changed — so every improvement after it can be proved rather than claimed.

  3. 03

    Fix cycle

Speed, pages, forms and booking paths fixed in order of what is costing the most patients. Shipped in small batches, each measured against the number before it.

  4. 04

    Monthly report

Enquiries by channel, conversion rate, and one honest cost per patient enquiry. Plain numbers, plain language, and what we are fixing next.

Questions doctors ask us

Do we need a full rebuild?

Often not. Speed, booking paths and page structure on the site you already have deliver most of the gain for a fraction of the cost. The audit tells you honestly which one you need — including when the answer is to leave it alone.

We get traffic but very few calls. Whose fault is that?

Could be the site, could be the traffic. If patients are searching for something you don’t actually treat, no amount of design fixes it. The audit separates the two before anyone spends money on the wrong problem.

How quickly does this show results?

Speed and booking-path fixes usually move the number within weeks — the traffic is already arriving, it just isn’t converting. Layout and message testing needs enough volume to be honest about the result, so that comes later.

We already have Google Analytics. Isn’t that enough?

Usually not. A default install rarely tracks calls or WhatsApp, which is where most patients actually convert. So the report shows visits climbing while the appointment book stays flat, and nobody can explain the gap.

Who owns the website when you’re done?

You do. Domain, hosting, code and content are yours from day one. No locked-in hosting, no agency-locked CMS, no surprises at renewal.

Can you work with our current developer or agency?

Yes. Independent tracking is arguably more useful when someone else is spending your budget — and we’re happy to hand the fixes to your developer if you’d rather have them implement them.

What does it cost?

Depends on whether it is a fix or a rebuild, and how many treatments need a page of their own. The free growth audit ends with a clear recommendation and a number.
